Language Arts 9
Syllabus 2019-2020
Welcome Students & Parents to LA 9!
I look forward to assisting your student in gaining all the skills necessary to pass and excell state standards for 9th grade. I want Language Arts 9 to be an uplifting hour improving their self-esteem whereby they are able to use their critical thinking skills in creating great writing and sharing original analysis of their reading. My goal is to create a safe place where all values and opinions are free to flow-- to gain new insight into their classmates, their community and the world at large. It is my job to make sure they are successful in meeting and excelling state standards in reading and writing while at the same time enjoying the process. Here’s to a fantastic and triumph first year of high school at our beautiful new facility!
