Answer Study Guide Questions for Chapter 5 Remember to review your notes on Chapters 1-5 in TKM. Make sure you have a full summary on every chapter and all of the questions answered. You may bring one notecard 3X5 for notes. Wednesday: 4/27 1. Turn in your TKM packets, Chapters 1-5 2. Take Reading Comprehension Quiz on TKM Chapters 1-5 3. Begin Chapter 6, finish Chapter 6 at home. Be prepared to have Study Guide Questions answered. Thursday: 4/28 1. Get checked off on Wednesday's Homework: Study Guide Questions and Summary completed for Chapter 6 in TKM. 2. Begin Chapter 7 Study for SAT Vocabulary #141-150 Test for Friday, 4/29/2016. Friday: 4/29 1. Take SAT Vocabulary Test #141-150 2. Continue to read Chapter 7 in TKM. Weekend Homework: If you have not finished Chapter 7 please read over the weekend. Study Questions and Summary will be due on Monday, May 2nd. Please do not forget to read Chapter 4 in To Kill a Mockingbird.
Upon arrival to class on Monday, 4/25, you need to have all the questions answered and a quality summary written on Chapter 4 in your TKM study guide.--failure to do so, will result in a (-5 points, non redeemable). You can still earn 15/20 points for this chapter. There will be a quiz on Wednesday, 427-- Chapters 1-5 and your study guide packets on chapters 1-5 will be due as well. Do not forget to review the novel's themes and character list. Our last unit of the year will be reading, analyzing, and writing a Literary Analysis on the famous novel, To Kill A Mockingbird By Harper Lee.
Monday, 4/18: Introduction To Kill a Mockingbird, and begin Chapter 1. Tuesday, 4/19: Finish Chapter 1 and answer questions, talk about theme. Wednesday, 4/20: The Scottsboro Trial and its impact on the writing of To Kill A Mockingbird. Homework: Read Chapter 2 in To Kill a Mockingbird and fill in all the study guide questions. Thursday, 4/21: The Scottsboro Trial, continued. Homework: Finish Chapter 2, study guide questions due on Friday. Friday, 4/22: Finish the Scottsboro Trial and discuss. Weekend Homework: Chapters 3 and 4, and complete all study guide questions, due on Monday, 4/24 Submission Directions
